Mode of Action:

Mosquito Larvae live in water, but they either surface for air or obtain it from the underwater portions of plants. 

Katyayani Anti-Malaria Oil is applied to collections of stagnated water by a knapsack sprayer. It will quickly form a stable, thin film of oil on the water surface, thus effectively cutting off the oxygen supply to the mosquito larvae.

The efficacy of control is mainly dependent upon the amount of pollution and types of surrounding Vegetation. 

 The Direction of Use: Simply drop the oil onto stagnated pools of water including roof gutters, drains, and ponds. You may apply the oil by hand or with the help of mechanical sprayers (trigger/pressure or knapsack sprayers).
