Application Method

Defender CS should be applied through foliar application only for the management of Rice blast and crop health benefits.

Mode of Action

Defender CS is systemic fungicide that belongs to the QOI group which inhibits cellular respiration in the mitochondria of the fungal cell.
Pyraclostrobin- QOI fungicide which blocks the mitochondrial electron transport and thus inhibits the fungus energy supply and the target fungus dies.
